Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Buy the way schools buy: district PO or invoice, no personal card. Card checkout is available for single-band purchases if you prefer it.

Can we get a W-9?

On request, on the current IRS form, signed. Ask through the contact form and name the district; it goes to your accounts-payable contact directly.

How is a license invoiced?

Annual licenses are invoiced once, at the start of the license term, on a WealthWise Kids LLC invoice. Payment terms follow your district's standard. A quote comes first if you need one for the PO.

Will you complete our vendor registration?

Yes. Send the district's vendor packet or portal link and we will complete it.

Is there a contract for the pilot?

No. The five-week pilot has no cost, no contract, and no card. A license agreement comes only if you decide to continue.

Do you sign data privacy agreements?

Yes — yours, or ours. We have a Student Data Privacy Agreement template prepared for district legal review, and we will review and sign a district's own agreement. The core curriculum collects no student data; the FLIQ Score component is elected separately in writing.

Who is the contracting entity?

WealthWise Kids LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Curriculum and platform intellectual property is held by WealthWise Kids IP Holdings LLC and licensed to the operating company.

What is the funding line?

For public and charter schools, Title IV-A (Student Support & Academic Enrichment) covers the full ecosystem under one invoice code. The funding guide above maps every other source.
