We are measuring, for the first time, how children’s money decisions change.

WealthWise Kids is a K–12 financial literacy platform with a behavioral measure underneath it, the FLIQ Score™. The curriculum is built, the simulation is live, the research program is open, and the first measured cohorts run this school year. The company is small and pre-revenue, and the work is real.

What we can offer, stated once and plainly: equity that vests, commission on what you close, credit and co-authorship for research, and academic credit for interns, each documented by counsel before you start. First paid roles the day the first cohorts are funded. Volunteer roles run through The Carter & Olay Foundation, the nonprofit that delivers the programs pro bono.

Founding Facilitator (pilot lead)

Run the first measured Financial Foundations™ pilot with a class you already have. The five-week program opens with The $100 Week™ and ends with the cohort's FLIQ Score™ before-and-after, the first real one.

Complete the free iMPACT Partners™ facilitator certification (online, self-paced).
Run The $100 Week™ and five weeks of scripted Financial Foundations™ lessons with one class or group.
Hand over the readings; be named in the first published cohort report.

Who, and what we offer

A teacher, after-school program director or youth leader who already has students in front of them, in Georgia or anywhere.

Certification at no cost; your name on the first report; first call on a paid facilitator role when a sponsor funds a cohort. A stipend the day that happens.

Graduate Research Fellow, FLIQ Score Research Program

Your university, under a data-use agreement · Flexible; a semester or a thesis

A live behavioral instrument, a specified scoring model, a pre-registered reliability study waiting to be run, and a co-author slot on the first cohort paper. Thesis material with a byline.

The first ninety days

Clean and document the first cohort's decision data.
Run the reliability analysis to the pre-registered gate (McDonald's omega ≥ .70).
Draft the methods section of the first paper with the principal investigator.

Who, and what we offer

A master's or doctoral student in educational measurement, economics of education, psychology or public policy, with a faculty advisor willing to sign the data-use agreement.

Co-authorship; a named role (Research Fellow, FLIQ Score Research Program); a reference; thesis data. Research access runs through your institution's IRB and our agreement.

School & District Outreach Lead

WealthWise Kids LLC (independent contractor, commission) · 5–10 hours a week

Open doors at schools and districts for the free five-week pilot and bring the warm conversations to the close. You know how a district buys; we have the program, the pilot and the report.

The first ninety days

Work the Georgia charter and district list; book pilot conversations.
Keep the outreach log; hand warm leads to the founder for the close.
Convert the first pilots to licenses.

Who, and what we offer

A former teacher, principal or district staffer, or an ed-tech account executive between roles, comfortable with a commission-first start.

12–15% of first-year value on every license and sponsorship you source, paid as the customer pays, for twelve months. Equity that vests over three years if you stay. Documented by counsel before your first call.

Bank & Sponsor Partnerships Lead

Banks and credit unions fund financial-literacy programs in their communities and receive a reach count. We offer them a measured outcome instead. Take that offer to the community-affairs officers who already know you.

The first ninety days

Build the Georgia community-bank and credit-union list.
Place the one-page sponsor offer with ten institutions.
Land the first sponsored cohort.

A current, retired or between-roles bank community-affairs or CRA officer, or a credit-union marketing lead.

10–15% commission on sponsorships for the first year; a small advisor stake vesting over eighteen months. Documented by counsel.

Grants Writer

The foundation delivers the programs pro bono and is the grant-eligible entity. The evidence packet exists (the sample report set); the applications do not.

Build the calendar of foundation and bank-foundation deadlines.
Draft two applications.
Set up the reporting the funders will expect.

A retired development officer or an MPA student who has written winning applications.

Volunteer through the nonprofit; a stipend from the first grant awarded, stated up front in the volunteer agreement.

Roles described as volunteer are with The Carter & Olay Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3). Commission and equity roles are independent-contractor engagements with WealthWise Kids LLC under written agreement; equity is granted as vesting profits interests documented by counsel and is never promised in conversation. Internships require academic credit through the student’s institution. Research roles run under a data-use agreement with the fellow’s university.
